1. Austenitic Stainless Steel (non-magnetic) containing a minimum Nickel of 6% -

• SAE 304
• SAE 316

2. Ferritic Stainless Steel (magnetic) containing 11 – 30% Chromium for corrosion resistance -

• SAE 430
• SAE 409
• SAE 3CR12

Stainless Steel Slit Coil: 

Thicknesses:

• From 0.2mm up to 4 mm thick Slit Coil 

Standard Mill Tolerances on thickness:

• 6 -8%

Slit Widths:

• From 5mm wide up to 1500mm wide;

Slit Tolerances on width  tolerances:

• Primary Slit + or – 0.2mm on width
• Reslit + or – 0.15mm

Customer Requirements:

• ID, OD, and weight of coils as per customer requirements

Minimum Quantity of order:

• 250kg is our minimum quantity

• Grade 430
• Grade 304
• Grade 316

Thicknesses:

• 430 - From 0.5mm up to 2.0 mm thick and 1250 wide
• 304 - From 0.5mm up to 8.0mm thick and 1250 and 1500 wide
• 316 - Limited gauges and widths

Finishes

• 2B Finish 
• 2B + PVC Fibre and plain Finish
• No.4 + PVC Fibre or plain and No.1 for plate.

Certified

• All material certified and supplied to ASTM A240

Coil

• We stock 430 in 1250 x 2.0mm and 304 in 1250 / 1500 x 0.5mm to 3.0mm in coil, allowing to optimize with cut-to-size supply. Please enquire for more detail as it has certain MOQ criteria
